All digital downloads, files, and licensed content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You are receiving a non-transferable, non-refundable license.

  • We are unable to offer refunds due to the irrevocable nature of digital delivery.

2. Physical Goods

All physical product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Product incompatibility or dissatisfaction

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

3. Services

All service-based transactions are non-refundable once confirmed. This includes:

  • Service delays due to client unavailability or other uncontrollable circumstances
